Walkthrough

Chapter 1

Go to the Tree Gnome Stronghold to speak to King Narnode Shareen. Next, you need to investigate Glough’s old shipyard to find any clues related to the whereabouts of the 10th squad. With the Gnome Royal Seal given to you; you have to travel to Karamja Island. Use the Glider on the topmost floor of the Grand Tree to reach there, and then head to the Shipyard to speak to G.L.O Caranock (southern fence).

Go back to the king, who will then ask you to speak to Daero, located on the 1st floor of the Grand Tree. You’ll be blindfolded and taken to an underground hangar, where you need to speak to Daero again. You’ll be introduced to Waydar, after which, you need to solve a puzzle on the southeastern panel near the southern glider.

Move the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd piece to the top-left corner. Then, move the 4th piece to the top-right corner, followed by the 5th piece right under it. Now, slide the 4th piece to the left and move the 5th one on top to complete the first row. Repeat the process to complete the puzzle. It’s the same as the puzzle boxes you encounter in Treasure Trails.

Speak to Daero and Waydar to know the last location of the 10th squad, which is known as Crash Island. Speak to Lumdo to sail to Ape Atoll; however, he’ll refuse at first, so speak to Waydar again and he’ll agree to take you there.

Chapter 2

Head west along the southern coastline until you see a Mahogany Tree. Now, go north and keep your Protect from Missiles on as you get near the Ape Atoll gate. When you’re close by, you’ll be knocked out, after which you’ll find yourself in a cell guarded by guards. Speak to Lumo, but watch out for the guards because if they see you too close to the northern cell, then they’ll land a punch.

Use a lockpick to open the cell door, and follow the guard from behind as he’s walking out to the exit. Once you’ve escaped, go north, and then east to locate another member of the 10th squad named Karam. He’ll be in the bushes by the Crafting Shop.

Go south past the big door whilst staying in the grass to keep yourself hidden, and then head east around the castle until you find yourself standing between a while building and the castle. Speak to Garkor, who is the sergeant of the 10th squad.

Go west from there until you come across a doorway. Go through the door that is marked with a blue square to reach an area guarded by a sleeping monkey. Stay on the dark brown ground, east, then north, and search the stacked creates in the middle to find Monkey Dentures. Search the southeastern crates now to find a passage. Go to the northwestern part of the cavern to find creates, and then search them to acquire the Money Speak Mold.

Follow down the dungeon path and try to avoid the claw traps and rocks falling from above. At the end of the passage, you’ll find Zooknock, Waymottin, and Bunkwicket, so use the mold, gold bar, and money dentures on Zooknock after you’re done speaking to him. He’ll enchant the bar, so you need to now head down the eastern trapdoor and keep your Protect from Melee on as you head down the trapdoor.

Go past the zombie monkeys and use the enchanted bar on the wall of flames. Go back up the ladder to escape, and then use a Ball of Wool with the amulet to make a Monkey Speak Amulet. Head west once you’re outside to find a Monkey Child. Note her pattern and make sure you don’t get into the garden when she’s there, or else she’ll call the guards and have you locked up in prison in monkey madness osrs.

Speak to the Money Child when she’s not around, and go to a nearby tree to pick a few bananas. Speak to the child again and ask him if he can lend his talisman to you. Drop the talisman and tell the child that you lost him, thus, prompting him to cry. Gather one for every GreeGree and head out of the Ape Atoll. You can also purchase the talisman from Tutab’s Magical Market for 1,000 GP.

You can bank if you want and then go back to Zooknock to use the talisman and monkey bones on him. He’ll make you a GreeGree.

Chapter 3

Equip the GreeGree to become a monkey, and speak to Garkor, followed by the Elder Money Guard nearby. The guard will ask you to speak to Kruk, so go west past the main gate and right into the village, until you hit the waters. Switch your direction south until you reach a hill, and then climb up the ladder to cross the bamboo bridge. Climb down the eastern ladder and speak to Kruk, who then escorts you to King Awowogei.

The king will ask you to rescue a monkey from the Ardougne Zoo. Travel there and take the form of money to speak to the monkey minder. He’ll put you in the cage, where you need to speak to the money with the ‘Talk’ option. Once the money jumps into your inventory, unequip the GreeGree and speak to the monkey minder to escape. Travel back to Ape Atoll and speak to Awowogei in your monkey form.

Chapter 4

Speak to Garkor, who will hand you to the 10th squad sigil. Before you equip it, make sure that your bank because you need to prepare yourself for the final fight. The 10th squad will help you during your battle against the Jungle Demon. When you’re ready equip the sigil to teleport to the arena.

Once the demon is dead, speak to Garkor, followed by Zooknock to teleport out of the area to reach Ape Atoll. You need to go back to the Troll Stronghold now and speak to King Narnode to complete the quest.
