I just do not see what the problem is

May-22-2023

The difference is, say, you can skip playing Diablo 3 for a many days and also spend a long session grinding out whatever you want. You can do 4 full bounty clears in one day if you want to. However, there is no way for you to catch up, If bounties were limited to one full clear a day also if you miss a day.

In the first week, if you only play for 4 days, you can have a outside of 4 prices per menial, so you've effectively missed 3 prices per menial and you are behind the wind by a solid quantum.

Without domestics, there is no target value you are solidly before, indeed if you miss 3/7 days you can still have 7 prices, or 70 if you really want to grind. It lets players who want to play at their own pace do so, rather of forcing people into a pattern.

Catch up to what? Missed what? You can log in and still get it any day that you do log in. You are not actually missing out on anything. This is the problem, not the games.

I do not feel the need to log in and do domestics on any game I play, the quantum of people condemning companies for their own lack of tone control or particular passions about getting' behind' ever is commodity I do not understand myself.

Still, I just do not see what the problem is, If anyone then's upset about missing on domestics and' falling behind' are going to fall behind anyhow by not playing full time like pennants do- in the face of that. However, you are falling before with or without domestics, If you can not play 7 days a week. People act like they give amazing prices but they're minor lagniappes compared to what you get playing the game.

I am before in WoW due to not playing regularly, there is nothing wrong with that, I am not about to condemn domestics for that. That said, I do not suppose there's a' behind' in games unless you are competitive, and I am feeling like those who can not log in for a diurnal aren't competitive players. It did not take long before I could play end game content and it surely did not involve having to log in daily.

I do sort of see your point but I do not completely agree with the mindset.

Let's say you need 30 fun bucks to buy a chapeau, and the only way to get fun bucks is to log in and do a veritably short diurnal hunt for 1 fun buck.

Still, after 1 month they get their chapeau, If player A logs in every day and gets their fun buck. However, it will take them 15 weeks, over 3 months, If player B only has time to play on the weekend. It does not count if player A is absolutely terrible at the game and only plays for 20 twinkles per day, and if player B is a god gamer who spends literally 48 hours playing per weekend, player A is the one who could log in every day so they get the prices. Player B IS 2 months behind player A and the chapeau meta, and I do not see the value in pretending this is not true, or going on about pennants? If you are multiple categories behind what the community is agitating because you were busy with work throughout the week, that is a bad feeling, and having absolutely no handy person to catch up is just chastising.

Diurnal searches login lagniappes FOMO mechanics only serve to award people who make the game a obsessive habit and discipline people for playing desultorily, because that is what they are designed to do. They've nothing to do with the banderole / presentation playerbase, they are designed to force casual players into obsessive play habits and discipline them for not conforming.
